Years ago, Brandon was a small town shadowed by Tampa.  Dairy farmers and citrus growers would come into Brandon for supplies rather than make the further trip into Tampa.  Over the last 30 years the growth of eastern Hillsborough County to include Fishhawk, Lithia, Valrico and Riverview has made Brandon a thriving town.  Once large dairy farms have now been replaced by an upscale mall that attracts shoppers from all over the county, movie theaters, restraunts and other businesses. 

 

Though the area has grown, it has not forgotten its roots and still remains a great place to call home.
